I identify what’s actually blocking momentum, cut through noise, and create a path forward that teams can align around quickly.

The problem is unclear and we don’t know where to start


Teams often jump to solutions too fast. I slow it down just enough to define the real problem, so we’re not building something that misses the mark.

I align cross-functional teams around shared goals, clarify ownership, and adapt communication so everyone moves in sync instead of in silos.
